Hello CJ , If this is the sleeping bag that you have or another synthetic fill bag, then a normal synthetic wash will be fine with a mild detergent. Air dry or tumble dry but at the lowest temperature.
If you're sleeping bag is down filled, washing will be the same as above but drying will need to be in the tumble drier at a low temperature with a tennis ball or two and for a long time. 3-4 hours depending on the fill amount and possible more.
