Based on our good experiences with other Primus products, I assumed this cooler would keep products longer (or at least as long) cool then your typical cheap run-of-the-mill cooler, of which we have had a few. Unfortunately this was not the case.
We used the Primus cooler during our three week cycling holiday. We use frozen cooling elements to keep our stuff cool, but these would unfreeze a lot quicker in the Primus cooler than they do in other, much cheaper cooling bags. This was very disappointing, especially considering the high price.
The only positive thing I can say about the Primus cooler is that it is a sturdy bag.
It performs badly in it's main function, namely, keeping things cool.
